Many firms of solicitors find it difficult to maintain teams of lawyers dedicated to each discipline in law. It is also becoming increasingly risky and expensive to “dabble” in areas in which your firm is only partially familiar.
For insolvency matters we offer the perfect solution. We will be your outsourced supplier of legal advice and assistance in insolvency matters. We will charge you as locums and you uplift our rates to your clients if appropriate or if you prefer we will take the instructions directly from your clients and pay a reasonable commission for the referral.
We have no interest in undertaking any other work for your clients and in fact we may refer matters to you that are outside our sphere of expertise.
